Teen Datebook Magazine (USA, 1968 – 1970)

In April 1968, the American magazine Teen Datebook became the “Exclusive American source” for the Beatles Monthly. No one seemed to mind that they were three months behind. Each month they would include a version of the Book, starting from Issue 54. Sometimes, as here, you flipped the Datebook over and read the Beatles Book from the back.

In other issues it was incorporated inside. It usually included the cover image, a USA Fan Club section, plus photos and selected items from each month’s book, like this issue from March 1969, below. I believe this arrangement continued through to Issue 77.
