Subscription Renewal Slips
Most U.K. readers would have ordered the Beatles Monthly through their local newsagent. For overseas readers, the only way to get the magazine was direct from the publishers, usually by subscribing for 6 or 12 months. Just before your subscription ended, you might have received a reminder so you wouldn’t miss an issue. Here are a couple that I have come across.
A simple slip mailed to an American reader in 1965
A second, more formal slip sent to an American subscriber mid-1966. A5 on light blue paper, the tear-off slip is unperforated. The artwork is not Bob Gibson’s work.
