This book was produced to satisfy the demand from readers who had missed out on the early issues of the Monthlies. It is the same A5 format as the Monthlies, comprising 64 pages of Leslie Bryce’s pictures taken from Issues 1 to 6. Tantalisingly subtitled ‘No 1’ inside, but no further such collections were produced. Commonly assumed to be from 1964, in fact it was first mentioned in the April 1966 issue of the Monthly. One of the scarcer issues; it would have been bought mainly by readers who didn’t have the early books. An essential addition to your collection.
