Project Description
Official Beatles Book Binder

From 1964, the Beatles Monthly offered this binder for readers to protect their magazines. Made by Easibind Limited, London, bound in grey ‘leather-cloth’ with “The Beatles Book” in gold letters on the spine and Bob Gibson’s caricatures on the front. There are removable wires to hold the books in place.

Each binder can hold “at least 13 copies”. There are two versions, of slightly different construction. The first has rounded corners, a curved spine and a red “Easibind” label inside. The second is slightly larger, has a flat spine and square corners. These don’t seem to come with labels inside, but the metal parts do say “Easibind”.
