Johnny Dean announces that the Beatles’ January show is off, “for now” and the 50 winners of pairs of tickets are listed, with a note that they will receive a consolation gift it the show cannot be rearranged. Frederick James revisits the Fan Club office, now relocated to Liverpool under the supervision of National Secretary Freda Kelly.
