Most of the photos are from one session from the recording of Sgt Pepper. Neil Aspinall writes a biography of Mal Evans. On the letters page a fan notes that the Boys have not been “mixed up in all this drugs business” and believes that Paul, for example, is “too sensible” to get involved. Ok. Johnny Dean interviews Paul.

In May they spend time recording and mixing various tracks, including Magical Mystery Tour, Baby You’re A Rich Man and All Together Now. Paul meets Linda for the first time. Prior to the release of Sgt Pepper, Brian holds a launch party at his home. The BBC bans the playing of A Day In The Life on the radio because of a perceived drug reference.
