Fan Club / Beatles Monthly Application

In March 1968, these were slipped inside copies of the Beatles’ new release, Lady Madonna.
One side invited fans to join the Fan Club, the other to subscribe to the Beatles Monthly.

 Note: On the USA version of this insert, rather than subscribing to Beatles Monthly, fans are directed to a “free supplement inside every new issue of Datebook”: From April 1968, all issues from Monthly issue 54 were included inside Datebook magazine (see details of Datebook in the OVERSEAS section).
