Beatles Book Compliment Slips

These turn up from time to time, often slipped inside copies of the Monthly. Often there are notes on the back from staff at the Beatles Monthly.

 I think this one was sent sometime mid to late 1968. The address is correct up to October. The “gossip” on the back, which must have been common knowledge by then, puts it around this time, I think.

 I found this one inside a copy of Issue 62 (September 1968). I would guess it was sent no later than this date as the Monthly moved offices a month later.

I have never seen any others. There must be earlier and later versions, with different addresses and styles… anyone out there have any?
